Job summary

AGCO in Breganze, Italy, is seeking a Product Support Manager to provide targeted services for IDEAL harvesting equipment. You will diagnose complex issues and develop service solutions, acting as a gateway for technical inquiries across departments to drive product quality improvements.

You will lead root-cause analyses, publish knowledge articles, and support dealers and customers. This on-site role involves collaboration with engineering, production and quality teams, plus ongoing training

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in harvesting equipment and combines (mechanical, hydraulic, electronic).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with on-site repairs and structured repair actions.
• Strong understanding of service operations and parts management.
• Experience with harvest season behavior and farmer needs to support dealers and customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness of agriculture dealer networks and customer requirements.
• Advanced PC and MS Office; experience with diagnostic and reporting tools.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical inquiries related to IDEAL combines, hydraulics and electronics for optimal performance.
• Lead root cause analyses, act as moderator and inform the service organization.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge for IDEAL combines; support electronic & hydraulic items, mechanical drive systems, and engine tech.
• Research and troubleshoot product concerns; collaborate with engineering, production, quality and other departments.
• Provide and maintain technical documentation; create knowledge articles and service information.
• Support product and quality improvements and dealer service capability.
• Participate in training and field visits to stay a product expert.
