AGCO Corporation seeks a Product Support Manager for Harvesting at our Breganze site. The role focuses on providing targeted services, resolving complex IDEAL combine issues, and driving quality improvements through diagnostics and collaboration with engineering and production teams.

You will develop knowledge across hydraulic, electronic, mechanical systems and act as a gateway for technical problem resolution, interfacing with dealers and customers to ensure effective service delivery.

Formación

• Comprehensive technical knowledge in harvesting equipment and combines, including mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems.
• Strong understanding of service operations and parts management processes.
• Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealers, customers, engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with knowledge of agriculture dealer networks and business impacts from service.

Responsabilidades

• Handle technical inquiries related to IDEAL combines, including hydraulics and electronics, for best performance.
• Lead root cause analyses and inform the service organization; document results.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge for IDEAL combines; share knowledge across teams.
• Research, troubleshoot product concerns and collaborate with engineering, production and quality.
• Provide and maintain technical documentation and service information to aid future troubleshooting.
• Support product and quality improvements and dealer capabilities.
• Participate in technical support initiatives and training.
