AGCO Corporation in the Veneto region of Italy seeks a Technical Services specialist to join our on-site team in Breganze. You will deliver expert diagnostics, maintenance guidance, and field support to dealers and customers, ensuring fast issue resolution and successful launches with highly knowledgeable personnel.

The role emphasizes hands-on field setup, collaboration across regions, and promotion of AGCO digital technologies.

Formación

Strong knowledge of Agricultural Business & product, including mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with service and parts management practices, along with the farm machinery dealer network.
Solid understanding of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness to support customer and dealer interactions.
High proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools. Fluent written and verbal communication in English is required.

Responsabilidades

Provide expert-level technical support to drive fast resolution of field issues.
Support dealers and customers, especially during season start, ensuring smooth launches.
Assist with highly complex technical issues when local resources are exhausted.
Field setup and optimization across crops and conditions with hands-on dealer/VIP support.
Promote AGCO digital and advanced technologies and restore confidence in the product.
Guide AGCO systems support, warranty processes, and collaborate on factory investigations.
