AGCO is seeking a professional to deliver hands-on training and support for harvesting product experts and sales teams at our Breganze site. This role includes guiding structured training, optimizing safety practices, and collaborating across teams to execute key deals effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Agricultural Engineering, 3+ years of experience in harvesting operations, and a solid understanding of Smart Farming technologies.

• 3+ years of experience with harvesting operations and combines.
• Working knowledge of Smart Farming basics and telematics.
