DAB Pumps in Italy is seeking a Product Promoter to join the Group D.Training Team. You will deliver technical product trainings to professionals, customers, agents and distributors in Italy and abroad, and prepare materials to support sales.

You will develop, deliver, maintain and improve training content including guides, e-learning, live sessions, videos and webinars using adult learning principles. Travel extensively to branches and customers.

Competenze

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Technical background required: mechanics, electronics or mechatronics diploma.
• Strong communication skills with a sales-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively to visit branches and customers.

POSITION – Product Promoter

We are looking for a smart, passionate and driven Product Promoter willing to work in an adaptive organization joining our Group D.Training Team.

What you will do:

• Technical training on products to professionals, customers, agents and distributors in Italy and abroad;


• Preparation of material to support training and sales;


• Development, delivery, maintenance and improvement training content, including written guides, e-learning courses, live training, videos, and webinars, using adult. learning principles to produce effective learner outcomes;


• Collaboration in cross-functional project teams to ensure the content effectiveness;


• Facilitating in-person, virtual and blended training sessions for employees at all levels.

Who you are:

• Technical background (technical diploma in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics);


• Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus;


• Excellent communication skills and sales-oriented attitude, with the ability to adapt communication style to different contexts and target audiences.

Target Hiring Range

Total compensation package in the range between €38,000 and €47,000 gross per year.

DAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location specific market of similar jobs, according to third-parties salary benchmark surveys. Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
