DAB Pumps in Italy is seeking a Product Promoter to join the Group D.Training Team. You will deliver technical product trainings to professionals, customers, agents and distributors in Italy and abroad, and prepare materials to support sales.

You will develop, deliver, maintain and improve training content including guides, e-learning, live sessions, videos and webinars using adult learning principles. Travel extensively to branches and customers.

Competenze

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Technical background required: mechanics, electronics or mechatronics diploma.
• Strong communication skills with a sales-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively to visit branches and customers.

Mansioni

• Provide technical product training to professionals, customers, agents, and distributors in Italy and abroad.
• Prepare training materials to support training and sales activities.
• Develop, deliver, maintain and improve training content (guides, e-learning, live training, videos, webinars) using adult-learning principles.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure content effectiveness.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual and blended training sessions for employees at all levels.
