Technogym seeks an experienced R&D Program Manager to lead development program planning in a multi-project, matrix organization. You will define full development scenarios, track milestones and critical tasks, and monitor deadlines across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering, strong PM tooling knowledge, and experience with ERP/PLM systems. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential for success at Technogym.

Competenze

• Master degree in mechanical/management/electronic engineering.
• Knowledge of Product Development processes and structured approach.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools (Primavera, SmartSheet, MS Project).
• Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Windchill).
• Knowledge of company processes that involve technical information.
• Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good in English.

Your Role

We are looking a dinamic e brilliant R&D Program Manager who will lead Product Development Project's program planning in multi project and matrix organisation environment, full integrated development project scenario definition, cross company milestones, critical tasks and deadlines monitoring and update, program deviation analysis.

Your Impact

• Resources Workload analysis/prediction
• Risk Analysis, Critical tasks and deadlines monitoring and update.program deviation analysis
• Update/Progress meeting organisation, deviation detection/tracking and support to recovery plan/work-around definition in order to meet defined deadlines
• New Product development Plan and Launch cross functional coordination.
• Information collection of cross funcional running project progress during different development stages and continuous plan update
• Control reporting aimed to define effective timing monitoring and project timingforecast
• Deviation events critical analysis aimed to the Development Process improvement and Time To Market reduction

About You

Program Manager or Project Manager in structured organisation such asautomotive, automatic machines industries with productdevelopment activity of durable medium series and high complexityproducts or operating in Plant engineering, Railway, Road, Bridges, Dams industry characterized by management by order

Main required skills are:

• Master Degree in mechanical or management or electronic engineering
• knowledge of Product Development processes and related structured approach
• Knowledge of Project Management metodologies and tools (with special reference to Primavera, Smart Sheet, MS Project)
• Knowledge of ERP and PLM management systems (SAP, Windchill)
• Knowledge of the company processes that involve technical information
• Knowledge of main Office Automation tools (with special reference to Excel and Power Point
• Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational, analysis and synthesis skills
• Wellness oriented
• Good in english

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
