Technogym in Cesena, Emilia Romagna, Italy, is seeking a dynamic RD Program Manager to lead product development program planning across multi-project and matrix environments. You will define integrated development scenarios, track milestones, monitor critical tasks and deadlines, and analyze deviations to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Master in Mechanical Engineering, strong PM skills (Primavera, MS Project), and ERP/PLM knowledge including SAP and Windchill; English proficiency

Your Role

We are looking a dinamic e brilliant RD Program Manager who will lead Product Development Project's program planning in multi project and matrix organisation environment, full integrated development project scenario definition, cross company milestones, critical tasks and deadlines monitoring and update, program deviation analysis.

Resources Workload analysis/predictionRisk Analysis, Critical tasks and deadlines monitoring and update. program deviation analysis Update/Progress meeting organisation, deviation detection/tracking and support to recovery plan/work-around definition in order to meet defined deadlinesNew Product development Plan and Launch cross functional support.Information collection of cross funcional running project progress during different development stages and continuous plan updateControl reporting aimed to define effective timing monitoring and project timing forecastDeviation events critical analysis aimed to the Development Process improvement and Time To Market reduction

About You

Program Manager in structured organisation such as automotive, automatic machines industries with product development activity of durable medium series and high complexity products.Main required skills are:Master Degree in Mechanical Engineeringknowledge of Product Development processes and related structured approachKnowledge of Project Management metodologies and tools (with special reference to Primavera, Smart Sheet, MS Project)Knowledge of ERP and PLM management systems (SAP, Windchill)Knowledge of the company processes that involve technical informationResources use optimisationKnowledge of main Office Automation tools (with special reference to Excel and Power PointLeadership and excellent interpersonal skillsOrganizational, analysis and synthesis skillsWellness orientedGood in englishEnthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, Passion and Ethics complete the desired profile

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
