Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in economics.
• Knowledge of Coupa procurement software is a plus.
• Good knowledge of negotiation techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local and Group purchasing regulations.
• Satisfy VWFS's purchasing needs.
• Act as focal point between VWFS and VGI on purchasing matters.
• Interact with all departments to manage purchase orders, deadlines, tenders.
• Negotiate orders locally up to 50k EUR.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of reports and KPIs.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly purchase reports.
• Scout new procurement opportunities and propose improvements.
