Ariston Group is seeking a Procurement intern to join our Central Procurement Team. You will support the transformation and packaging category for all Ariston EU plants, through supplier negotiations, price list management, ordering, and KPI monitoring.

We expect a degree in Management Engineering or Economics, strong analytical and planning skills, time management and problem solving, and good English with proficiency in MS Office. SAP R3 and SQL knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering or Economics with strong academic record.
• Analytical and planning skills, time management, problem solving.
• English knowledge and MS Office proficiency; SAP R3/SQL considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Procurement reference point for internal functions.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance (PPV, DPO, service level, quality).
• Manage data inside SAP system (delivery plans, prices, code/supplier information).
• Benchmark for PROC and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Support new products management (new codes, suppliers’ selection).
• Provide support to plants/production to ensure shipments.
• Issue invoices.
• Measure Level of Service and economics against targets.
