Prysmian Group in Milan, Italy is seeking a Europe Accessories Buyer - Intern to support procurement activities across European operations. You will work closely with suppliers, plants and internal stakeholders to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness and process efficiency.

You will assist in RFQs, maintain SAP master data and POs, monitor invoices and support reporting for sourcing decisions. This internship offers a hybrid work arrangement in Milan and exposure to international

Competenze

• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical and numerical skills essential.
• Experience with data analysis and report preparation preferred.

Mansioni

• Support buyers in supplier relationship management and procurement activities.
• Assist in RFQ preparation, supplier communication, and commercial analysis.
• Provide SAP support by managing master data, POs and contracts.
• Assist in invoice management and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain vendor master data for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and open orders.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost optimization analyses.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing on projects.
