Ariston Group is seeking a Procurement intern to join the Procurement Central Team at Agrate Brianza (MI). You will handle fulfillment for the Transformation & Packaging category across Ariston EU plants, engaging in supplier negotiations, price list management, ordering, and KPI monitoring.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Management Engineering or Economics, demonstrates analytical planning skills, and can manage deadlines.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities; ability to manage time and deadlines.
• English knowledge and proficiency in MS Office are basic requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP R3 and SQL basis is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as procurement reference point for internal functions.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance (PPV, DPO, service level, quality).
• Manage data in SAP (delivery plans, prices, supplier data).
• Ensure onboarding of new suppliers.
• Support benchmarking for procurement and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Assist in new products management (codes, supplier selection).
• Support collection activities (Long Term Declaration, Plastic Tax, conformity docs).
• Provide support to plants/production to ensure shipments.
• Issue invoices and track related processes.
• Measure and compare level of service and economics to targets.

We are looking for a Procurement intern to join our Procurement Central Team. As a member of the Procurement team, you will perform fulfillment of Suppliers “Transformation & Packaging” category for all Ariston EU plants reporting to Buyer of Packaging , through commercial negotiation, price list management , ordering , operations monitoring, KPI follow-up.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Being the procurement reference point for internal functions;
• Support in negotiating contracts with suppliers;
• Support in monitoring and improving supplier performance (PPV DPO, service level, quality, etc.);
• Manage data inside SAP system (delivery plans, prices, code/supplier information, data analysis);
• Ensure new suppliers “onboarding”;
• Support in Benchmarking for procurement - Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop cost reduction plans;
• Support new products management (new codes, suppliers’ selection);
• Support collection activities (Long Term Declaration/Plastic Tax/Conformity/ customs documents);
• Provide support to plants /production to make the shipment happen;
• Invoice issuing;
• Measure and compare Level of Service and Economics to target levels.

you have a degree in Management Engineering or Economics and a brilliant academic career.

Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.

English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements. Knowledge of SAP R3 and SQL basis is a plus.
