Unobravo is seeking a mid/junior level Procurement & AP Specialist in Milan with Italian and English language skills. You will monitor spend, identify saving opportunities, and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including supplier onboarding, negotiations, PO management, and invoice reconciliation.

The role requires strong autonomy, accuracy, and communication, with occasional travel to Naples and other locations. Salary ranges 30k–40k EUR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proven procurement, spend analysis or cost-control experience with a savings track record.
• Ability to challenge internal stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers.
• Experience in AP including PO management and supplier invoices.
• Strong knowledge of general and management accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for automation and decision support.
• Strong VAT knowledge, especially cross-border and reverse charge rules.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and integrations with other tools.

Responsabilités

• Monitor company spend by supplier, category and cost center and flag overruns.
• Identify saving opportunities and engage external negotiation partners on renewals.
• Review and approve supplier master data in PivotApp.
• Reconcile invoices and purchase requisitions for consistency.
• Collect and validate documents for foreign supplier invoices.
• Analyse cost-effectiveness of payment methods and tools.
• Ensure compliance with Rydoo and procurement policies.
• Contribute to internal controls and administrative procedures.
• Record and review supplier invoices for Italy, EU and non-EU, applying VAT rules.
