thyssenkrupp nucera Italy is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the supplier invoicing process for Italian suppliers. You will ensure timely recording, PO matching, and compliance with regulations while supporting monthly closings and audits.

The role requires a high school diploma in accounting, 4–5 years in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English. This position is based in Milan with flexible working times and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing accounts payable cycles and supplier accounting.
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and withholding tax requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Good English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable cycle for Italian suppliers, including invoice processing and PO matching.
• Handle administrative and accounting tasks for suppliers under withholding tax requirements.
• Verify and collect declarations of intent in compliance with regulations.
• Support monthly closing activities and accounting reviews.
• Assist auditors by providing documentation and support during audits.
• Perform general supplier accounting and accounts payable tasks.
