Clariant SE in Novara, Italy, is seeking a driven Process Technology Engineer to oversee and improve chemical plants within the BU Catalysts team. You will lead design, commissioning of new production plants, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring HSE & Q compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary projects, enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency, and applying statistical methods for continuous improvement in a global manufacturing context.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in production, product development, and project management.
• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of production processes and process engineering principles.
• Project management skills and proficiency with statistical methods.
• Ability to work across organizational levels with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

We are looking for a driven and passionate Process Technology Engineer to join our BU Catalysts team. In this role, you will go beyond day‑to‑day process oversight: you will oversee and improve the existing chemical plants, lead the design, construction and commissioning of new production plants, implement and optimize procedures, manage HSE&Q critical aspects and drive impactful cost‑saving initiatives. All while contributing to Clariant's mission of functional excellence and sustainable value creation.
