Clariant SE in Novara, Italy, is seeking a driven Process Technology Engineer to oversee and improve chemical plants within the BU Catalysts team. You will lead design, commissioning of new production plants, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring HSE & Q compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary projects, enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency, and applying statistical methods for continuous improvement in a global manufacturing context.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in production, product development, and project management.
• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of production processes and process engineering principles.
• Project management skills and proficiency with statistical methods.
• Ability to work across organizational levels with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate projects related to process and product optimization, creating detailed work plans and managing interactions between Engineering, Business, and Production teams.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency while analyzing production unit reliability.
• Provide expertise in chemical production, including plant startup capabilities and understanding of key procedural requirements.
• Stay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and support production plant projects including troubleshooting and quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Clariant policies, performing process risk analysis for safe equipment operation.
• Apply statistical methods and project management skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
