Job summary

Smart Recruiters is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to manage the Process Work Package for EPC projects in the Energy and Environmental sectors. You will coordinate process engineers, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with budgeted hours and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency with CAPRI and COMOS. English and Italian language skills are advantageous, and a hybrid work arrangement is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar position, EPC projects in Energy/Environmental tech or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with knowledge of Process Engineering.
• Proficient with CAPRI, COMOS and other engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates assigned process engineers through meetings, monitoring and issue resolution.
• Identifies and cascades contractual process requirements and ensures alignment with tender concept and project guidelines.
• Collects and implements lessons learned and promotes exchange of project feedback with product owners.
• Ensures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, and CE conformity requirements.
• Leads commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation.
