IOTA GROUP in Milan is seeking a Process Engineer to develop safe-by-design process solutions and update critical plant data. You will deliver PFDs, heat and material balances, and P&IDs, while ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements.

You will participate in site surveys, safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, PR), and support equipment procurement, bid evaluation, and contract administration for process units and wellpad areas.

Job Description

Assignment Context

We are seeking expertise in process engineering to develop fit-for-purpose and safe-by-design process solutions that align with our company Referential. The scope of work includes developing and updating Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets & Specifications for Process Units.

Additionally, expertise is required to develop and update Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Safety Logic Diagrams following site modifications or surveys. The role involves performing process simulations and maintaining up-to-date models of Plant and Wellpad areas.

Participation in site surveys for requested modifications and involvement in project safety studies reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, and PR as a Process and Flow Assurance subject matter expert is essential. The expertise will also validate new revisions of as-built documents during engineering and for modification close-out, and assist with the procurement of equipment as per process specifications, including bid evaluation and contract administration.
