Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Process Work Package Manager to lead process engineering activities within EPC projects in the energy/environmental tech space. You will coordinate engineers, ensure contract alignment, and drive documentation and CE conformity efforts across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in similar EPC environments, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency with CAPRI/COMOS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EPC projects in Energy or Environmental technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with knowledge of Process Engineering.
• CAPRI/COMOS experience preferred.
• Strong presentation, coaching, facilitation and project management skills.
• Fluency in English; Italian or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolution.
• Identify and cascade contractual process requirements and ensure alignment with tender concepts and guidelines.
• Collect and implement lessons learned during project phase and promote feedback with product owners.
• Ensure timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions and CE conformity inputs.
• Lead commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation/ Fit for Performance.
