Smart Recruiters is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to manage the Process Work Package for EPC projects in the Energy and Environmental sectors. You will coordinate process engineers, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with budgeted hours and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency with CAPRI and COMOS. English and Italian language skills are advantageous, and a hybrid work arrangement is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar position, EPC projects in Energy/Environmental tech or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with knowledge of Process Engineering.
• Proficient with CAPRI, COMOS and other engineering tools.

Job Description

Manages the Process Work Package, ensuring deliverable quality, schedule adherence and compliance with budgeted hours:

- Coordinates assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolution

- Identifies and cascades contractual process requirements and ensures alignment with the tender concept, company policies and project guidelines

- Collects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange of project feedback with product owners

- Ensures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs and CE conformity requirements

- Leads commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation / Fit for Performance

Qualifications

- 5+ years' experience in a similar position, in EPC projects in Energy, Environmental technology or similar industry

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with good knowledge of Process Engineering

- Proficient user ofCAPRI, COMOS and otherengineering tools will be considered a plus

-Good presentation, coaching, facilitation and project management skills

- Fluency in English, Italian or other languages will be considered a plus

Compensation

• Basic wage component (gross): 59000EUR
• This amount is our minimal offered salary.Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
