Amazon EU SARL (Italy Branch) in Rome (DLZ1 Delivery Station) is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist Intern for 2027. You will drive continuous improvement at a high‑volume logistics site, using AI and data analytics to identify inefficiencies and prototype solutions.

You'll work with station management and EU partners to implement data‑driven improvements, audits for compliance, and share best practices.

Competenze

• Fluent English (C1 or higher)
• Penultimate or final year in a related degree
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship lasting 3–6 months

Mansioni

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience and improve efficiency
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions
• Analyze feedback and use data to own and implement site-wide process improvements
• Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues
• Audit processes for compliance and close gaps by supporting business decisions with analytics
