Amazon Italy is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist Intern in Milan for a 3-6 month program. You will work on continuous improvement, applying AI and data analytics to optimize operations.

Based at one of our locations, you will analyze feedback, run observations, and collaborate with station management and the EU network to drive efficiency, safety, and quality. Strong Excel skills and English are required; scripting knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Penultimate or final year student in business, supply chain, economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Strong communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Eligible for a full-time internship lasting 3-6 months.
