Amazon Italy offers an internship opportunity based in Milan where you will drive process improvements in driver experience, empowered by AI and data analytics. You will learn to identify inefficiencies, prototype solutions, and collaborate with station management to implement changes with real impact.

The role targets students in their final year, requires strong Excel skills, and a 3–6 month full-time commitment. This is an entry path at a global scale for hands-on learners.

Competenze

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
• Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or similar field.
• Analytical skills with advanced level in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Fluency in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship lasting between 3 to 6 months.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives designed to innovate the driver experience and make our processes more efficient
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions
• Analyse feedback and use data to own and implement process improvements at the site
• Work with station management and other stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues
• Audit processes for compliance and work to close any gaps by supporting business decisions with analytics
