Amazon in Milan is offering a Process Improvement Specialist internship focused on safety, productivity and quality. You will run observations, audits and use AI tools to generate insights that drive improvements across the site.

Base salary is disclosed for a full-time position; this internship provides real responsibilities from day one, with data-driven projects and cross-site collaboration within the EU network.

Competenze

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Final/penultimate year student in business, supply chain, econ or similar.
• Analytical with advanced Excel (formulas, pivots, macros).
• Good communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Eligible for a full-time internship lasting 3–6 months.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify inefficiencies, automate tasks, and prototype solutions.
• Analyze feedback and use data to own and implement improvements at the site.
• Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Audit processes for compliance and support decisions with analytics.
