Amazon Rome (DLZ1 Delivery Station, Tecnopolo area) invites you to join a hands-on internship in process improvement at a logistics/delivery site. You’ll gain real responsibility from day one and contribute to improving efficiency and safety at the station.

You will work with AI-powered tools to analyze data, prototype solutions, and support cross-site improvements within the EU network. This role offers valuable learning across a fast-paced logistics environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year student pursuing a degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Eligible for a full-time internship lasting 3–6 months.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify inefficiencies and prototype solutions.
• Analyse feedback and use data to own and implement process improvements at the site.
• Work with station management and other stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues.
• Audit processes for compliance and support data-driven decisions.
