IOTA GROUP in Milan is seeking a Process Engineer to develop safe-by-design process solutions and update critical plant data. You will deliver PFDs, heat and material balances, and P&IDs, while ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements.

You will participate in site surveys, safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, PR), and support equipment procurement, bid evaluation, and contract administration for process units and wellpad areas.

Competenze

• Process design is required.
• Knowledge of equipment specifications is essential.
• Process simulation software proficiency required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Familiarity with industry standards is expected.

Mansioni

• Develop safe-by-design process solutions aligned with company standards.
• Update Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets & Specifications.
• Ensure P&ID and Safety Logic Diagrams reflect site modifications.
• Perform process simulations and maintain models for Plant and Wellpad areas.
• Participate in safety studies and validate process documentation for engineering and modification close-out.
• Assist with equipment procurement, bid evaluation and contract administration.
