SEINGIM cerca un Senior Process Safety Engineer da inserire su progetti Oil & Gas, chimico e petrochimico in Italia. Il candidato coordinerà attività di sicurezza di processo nelle fasi FEED o Detailed Engineering, con responsabilità di analisi di incendio, dispersione gas, QRA e sistemi antincendio.

Si richiede laurea in ingegneria, minimo 5 anni di esperienza, conoscenza di software indicati, fluente italiano e inglese, disponibilità a viaggiare e capacità di lavoro in team.

Competenze

• Laurea in ingegneria preferibilmente chimica o sicurezza.
• Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni nel settore Oil&Gas.
• Conoscenza dei software indicati: PHAST/SAFETY, Pipenet, Flaresim, RAMP, exSILentia, PHAPro o PHAWorks, Soundplan, Calpuff.
• Fluente in italiano e in inglese.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare e capacità di lavoro in team.
• Proattività e flessibilità.

Mansioni

• Coordinazione ed esecuzione di attività di process safety in FEED o Detailed Engineering.
• Analisi incendio ed esplosione; valutazione dispersione gas; studi di radiatività e QRA.
• Progettazione di sistemi antincendio e misure di mitigazione; F&G mapping e classificazione Zone.
• HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, ESSA/EERA e RAMS; supporto a ispezioni e audit.
• Revisione e approvazione dei lavori dell'EPC contractor e conformità a standard.

To expand our staff we are looking for a SENIOR PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER dedicated to projects in the Oil&Gas, chemical, petrochemical fields

Job Description:

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Coordination and execution of Process Safety activities aimed at prevention and control of incidents that have the potential to release hazardous materials or energy, in FEED or Detailed Engineering project:




• Fire & Explosion Analysis;


• Gas Dispersion Evaluation;


• Flare Radiation Studies;


• Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA);


• Pipeline Risk Assessment;


• Design of Fire-Fighting Systems & Mitigation Measures;


• F&G System Criteria;


• F&G Mapping;


• Fire Proofing Design;


• Active Fire Fighting systems (water, gas, etc.);


• Hazardous Area Classification;


• Offshore technical safety studies (Marin traffic interaction, Dropped object analysis, …);

• Coordination and execution of risk identification (or hazard identification) and operability activities in Basic/FEED as well as Detailed Engineering project:




• Hazard Identification Analysis (HAZID);


• Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP);


• Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment and verification (IEC 61508 / 61511);


• Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA);


• Emergency Systems Survivability Analyses (ESSA), Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analyses (EERA);


• Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAMS);


• Risk Based Inspection (RBI);


• Failure analysis (FMEA-FMECA-FMEDA);

• Coordination and execution of Environmental activities in FEED or Detailed Engineering project:




• Noise Studies;


• Atmospheric dispersion;

• Review and approve EPC Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and Industry best practices;


• Participate in Layout, P&lD, PHASER, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Layout Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops, etc…;


• Provide Process safety Engineering expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models;


• Review any Project specific Risk Management Systems and criteria pertaining to Process safety.

Profile:

The candidate must have the following requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably related to the Chemical or Safety field


• Experience in the role of at least 5 years in the Oil&Gas sector


• Experience in the use of the following softwares (preferably): PHAST/SAFETY, Pipenet, Flaresim, RAMP, exSILentia, PHAPro or PHAWorks, Soundplan, Calpuff


• Fluent in Italian and in English (mandatory)


• Ability to work in a team


• Proactivity and flexibility


• Willing to business travel

Per questa posizione è previsto un range retributivo annuo lordo compreso tra 45.000€ e 55.000€.

Il ruolo prevede l’applicazione del CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (H011).
