Deutsche Bank AG in Milano seeks an intern to support private equity deals across industries, from scouting to execution. You will help with deal origination, valuation, market analysis, due diligence, and the drafting of presentations and information memoranda, plus deal structuring and negotiations as well as ad-hoc analyses.

Strong academic background in finance, excellent English and Italian, and a pro-active team mindset are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Near completion of a Master in Finance.
• Excellent English and Italian communication (verbal and written).
• Pro-active team worker with motivation to learn.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and ensure responsible use of data.
• Strong finance and accounting background.

Mansioni

• Support origination and execution of private equity deals.
• Perform valuation, market analysis and due diligence.
