UniCredit S.p.A. in Milan invites applications for a curricular internship in Private Capital Markets.

You will join the Equity Capital Markets platform's Private Capital Market team, focusing on origination, structuring and execution of capital raisings and secondary transactions (Series B to pre-IPO). You will develop technical, structuring and execution skills while interacting with companies, scale-ups and private capital investors, including VC funds and growth funds.

Competenze

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Interest in private capital markets and corporate finance.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to interact with corporate clients and teams on projects.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparation of origination / marketing materials to pitch new transaction ideas to clients
• Take part in origination and execution of private capital markets transactions
• Conduct investor targeting exercises and collect investor feedback using a variety of sources including external databases
• Liaise with sector teams to gather market intelligence on an ad hoc basis
• Work with corporate clients, investors and transaction lawyers
