Deutsche Bank, Milano, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to work on large-cap M&A, ECM and Leveraged Finance origination and execution assignments. You will evaluate companies, perform financial analyses and develop models for transactions, and contribute to pitches and live deal execution.

The role offers learning opportunities from experienced colleagues locally and abroad, with a clear path to grow within Deutsche Bank's investment banking career.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or similar.
• Extensive relevant full-time experience in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis and valuation knowledge with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Excellent academic record.

Mansioni

• Work on large-cap M&A, ECM and Leveraged Finance origination and execution.
• Evaluate companies and perform financial analyses and modeling.
• Prepare industry statistics for pitches and client presentations.
• Engage in execution of live deals.
