Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Lombardia offers a six-month Private Equity internship starting on 1 January 2027. You will join a team handling deal origination, valuation, analysis, due diligence, drafting presentations and information memoranda, and negotiations.

The program emphasizes learning financial modeling (DCF, LBO), data analysis, and understanding legal aspects of investment contracts, with English and Italian required and encouragement to use AI tools for productivity.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic record with international experience and a Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English (and Italian) communication; PC literate.
• Motivated, pro-active team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deal origination and valuation processes.
• Assist in due diligence, drafting presentations and information memorandums.
• Support deal structuring and negotiations.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and market analysis.
