ams OSRAM is seeking a technical expert for physical implementation of high-speed digital and mixed-signal blocks for communication ICs in Lombardy, Italy. You will own place-and-route activities, define physical design methodologies, and optimize PPA, timing closure and signal integrity while coordinating sign-off and supporting tape-out.

Applicants should have MSc in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in physical design, with FinFET/FD-SOI experience and familiarity with interfaces like

• Floorplanning, CTS, IR-drop and EM analysis
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI)
