ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader to define and drive verification strategies for broadband optical communication ICs. The role encompasses leading block and chip-level verification, coordinating cross-functional debugging, and mentoring a team of verification engineers.

Ideal candidates hold an MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in verification, expertise in SystemVerilog/UVM, and experience with automated regression environments and advanced CMOS nodes
