ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader to define verification strategies for broadband optical communication ICs, including high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths.

You will define verification methodologies and plans, lead block and chip-level verification, and drive coverage closure and quality metrics, coordinating cross-functional debugging activities while mentoring verification engineers in a global team.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of verification experience.
• Proficient in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Experience in broadband optical IC verification with mixed-signal interfaces.
• Strong coverage-driven verification and regression environments.
• Experience with advanced CMOS nodes is preferred.
