ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader for broadband optical communication ICs. You will define verification strategies, lead block and chip-level verification, and drive coverage closure across complex high-speed datapaths and mixed-signal interfaces.

The role requires MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in verification, with expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and coverage-driven environments. FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes are preferred and a leadership mindset is essential.
