ams OSRAM in Lombardy seeks a Verification Leader to shape verification strategies for broadband optical ICs and to lead block and chip-level verification.

You will drive coverage, supervise regression environments, and coordinate cross-functional debug activities while mentoring senior verification engineers.

The role requires MSc/PhD in EE, 10+ years of experience, SystemVerilog and UVM, and advanced CMOS node expertise.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years verification experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC verification including mixed-signal interfaces, high-speed datapaths and system-level use cases.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
