ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader to define verification strategies for broadband optical communication ICs and to lead block- and chip-level verification. The role focuses on coverage metrics and cross-functional debugging across high-speed datapaths and mixed-signal interfaces.

The ideal candidate holds a MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years verification experience and deep SystemVerilog/UVM expertise. Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI) is required.

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years verification experience is required.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Broadband optical communication IC verification including mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths.
• Experience with coverage-driven verification and automated regression environments.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET and/or FD-SOI) is required.
