Job summary

Bridgestone EMEA is seeking a PR & Communications Lead for the South Region to design and implement the regional communications plan aligned with West COE and corporate strategy.

The role leads local public affairs, supports crisis communications, and partners with marketing, sales, HR and legal to ensure message consistency and stakeholder engagement across Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and broader Southern Europe. Fluency in English and Italian required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, PR or related field.
• 6–8 years in public/corporate affairs, communications or PR.
• Fluency in English; Italian as native language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with crisis experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the regional communications plan to support growth and reputation.
• Lead local public affairs network activities across the South Region.
• Coordinate external communications with media, influencers, and industry bodies.
• Develop internal communications aligned with regional and global strategy.
• Provide strategic counsel to regional leadership and support executive visibility.
