Qualifications

• Engineering background in industrial products or related field.
• Experience with industrial valves, regulators, pressure relief devices or similar equipment.
• Ability to communicate technical value to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience identifying new business opportunities and developing customer relationships through direct engagement.
• Ability to manage existing accounts while developing opportunities and expanding market presence.

Responsabilités

• Develop a strong understanding of the North Italy market and related industry trends.
• Build and execute a territory growth strategy focused on customer engagement and opportunity creation.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities with OEMs, integrators, and end users.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers for upgrades and lifecycle support.
• Collaborate with Emerson units to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations to communicate value.
• Develop relationships across technical, procurement, and leadership functions.
• Manage sales opportunities through discovery, solution development, negotiation, and handover.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitors to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and plans.
• Partner with application specialists and inside sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
