Longi Solar is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems to design tailored BESS solutions from inquiry to implementation. You will work with sales, project management and R&D to ensure feasible, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes.

The role requires a strong engineering background, proficiency in technical documentation and schematics, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• English proficiency required; experience with BESS, PCS and EMS is a plus.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.

• Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.


• Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals.

What You'll Need:
