Ingram Micro in Italy is seeking a Presales professional focused on Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions. You will support partners and internal teams to design, position, and deliver value-added server and networking solutions.

The role requires strong technical Dell Server and Networking expertise, data center knowledge, and English fluency. The position offers exposure to a global tech vendor and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Presales, solution architect, systems engineer, or technical consultant experience in IT.
• Strong Dell Server and Networking knowledge.
• Dell certifications highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of datacenter, virtualization, and enterprise networking.
• Ability to identify cross-sell and attach opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Provide technical presales support for Dell Technologies solutions, focusing on Server and Networking.
• Design, size, and position infrastructure solutions based on customer needs.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demos, and solution recommendations.
• Support sales teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Promote cross-sell and attach opportunities across Dell's portfolio.
• Work with Dell Technologies and partners to develop solution-led opportunities.
• Assist in creating proposals, BOMs, technical documents, and architectures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dell technologies, certifications, and market trends.
• Help partners throughout the sales cycle from opportunity identification to solution positioning.
