Eurofins Medical Devices Services in Vimodrone (Milan) is seeking a Quotation Specialist to join the Sales & Marketing Department. The role is office-based and focuses on preparing quotations, managing projects, and supporting customers and internal teams by phone and email.

The ideal candidate holds a science degree and strong English, with good IT skills and excellent communication. Residence near Vimodrone or Milan is preferred; start date is 14 October 2026.

Competenze

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master) in Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Chemistry, or another scientific discipline.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Excellent proficiency with IT tools and software applications.

Mansioni

• Acting as the first point of contact with customers during the pre‑sales phase.
• Receiving service requests from external customers.
• Assessing feasibility and verifying details with laboratories when needed.
• Preparing quotations/offers for external customers.
• Following up on offer acceptance and customer purchase orders.
• Managing commercial documents (quotations, contracts, etc.).
• Coordinating Eurofins cross‑selling activities.
• Addressing external customer inquiries regarding ongoing activities.
• Recording performance activities (cases/opportunities).
