Eurofins Medical Devices Services, part of the Eurofins group, seeks a Quotation Specialist at the Vimodrone (Milan) site to join the Sales & Marketing Department. The role focuses on preparing quotations, managing projects, and providing technical and commercial support to customers and internal teams.

The position emphasizes pre-sales contact, evaluating requests, coordinating with laboratories, and handling commercial documents, with internships and career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master) in Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Chemistry, or another scientific discipline.
• Excellent command of the English language during interview and work.
• Excellent proficiency with IT tools and software applications.

Mansioni

• Acting as the first point of contact with customers during the pre-sales phase.
• Receiving service requests from external customers.
• Assessing feasibility of requests and verifying details with laboratories when needed.
• Preparing quotations/offers for external customers.
• Performing follow-up activities regarding offer acceptance and customer purchase order issuance.
• Managing commercial documents (signed quotations, contracts).
• Coordinating and supervising cross-selling activities.
• Following up on external customer inquiries regarding ongoing activities.
