Eurofins Medical Devices Services, part of the Eurofins group, seeks a Quotation Specialist at the Vimodrone (Milan) site to join the Sales & Marketing Department. The role focuses on preparing quotations, managing projects, and providing technical and commercial support to customers and internal teams.

The position emphasizes pre-sales contact, evaluating requests, coordinating with laboratories, and handling commercial documents, with internships and career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master) in Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Chemistry, or another scientific discipline.
• Excellent command of the English language during interview and work.
• Excellent proficiency with IT tools and software applications.

Job Description

Eurofins Medical Devices Services, as part of its growth and organizational strengthening strategy, is seeking a candidate to join the Sales & Marketing Department in Vimodrone (Milan) site as a

Quotation Specialist.

This position does not involve laboratory activities; however, it requires specific technical knowledge. The main responsibilities will include preparing quotations and managing ongoing or planned projects, while maintaining contact with customers and internal operational and commercial teams via phone and email to provide the required technical and/or commercial support.

As part of the Commercial Department the resource will:

• Acting as the first point of contact with customers during the pre‑sales phase,
• Receiving service requests from external customers,
• Assessing the feasibility of received requests and, when necessary, verifying details with the relevant laboratories,
• Preparing quotations/offers for external customers,
• Performing follow‑up activities regarding offer acceptance / customer purchase order issuance,
• Managing other commercial documents (signed quotations for acceptance, contracts, etc.),
• Coordinating and supervising Eurofins cross‑selling activities,
• Following up on external customer inquiries regarding ongoing activities,
• Being responsible for recording her performance activities (cases/opportunities).

Qualifications

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master) in Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Chemistry, or another scientific discipline;
• Excellent command of the English language (the interview process will be conducted in English);
• Excellent proficiency with IT tools and software applications;
• Interest in a dynamic office-based role;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Residence in Milan or in areas close to Vimodrone preferred.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with the company’s salary ranges for the role. Expected salary (RAL) range in case of internship €1000 per month / in case of fixed term contract €23-25k per year;
