Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is preparing its luxury pre-opening in Cortina d’Ampezzo, offering guest-centric Front Office leadership in a five-star setting.

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations, recruit and develop the team, maintain service standards, and coordinate with Rooms, Housekeeping, Reservations and Concierge to deliver an exceptional guest journey.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in Front Office operations, including 2 years in a Manager role in luxury five-star hotels or internationally recognised resorts.
• Pre-opening luxury hotel experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management with financial awareness.
