Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking a Talent Relations Intern based in Milan to support the Influencer team in daily operations and event logistics. You will assist with influencer requests, seedings, exchanges, and guest list management while growing a network of high-end fashion talents.

The role offers hybrid workplace flexibility, with an emphasis on organization, communication, and independent task management. English proficiency and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and practical experience.
• High affinity to high-end fashion and social media.
• Excellent communication skills and an open and positive appearance.
• Team-oriented, well-structured and able to work under time pressure.
• Independent and responsible mindset.
• Very good English and good German knowledge.
• Practical experience in influencer marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Influencer team during daily operations.
• Process influencer requests.
• Coordinate sample send-outs and returns for influencer seedings and loans.
• Assist with guest list management for events.
• Maintain the influencer image archive.
• Research new, up-and-coming talents.
• Monitor publications and prepare detailed performance reports.
