Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking a Power Converter Product Specialist to support development of power conversion products for utility-scale PV, BESS and hybrid systems.
You will bridge market needs, system applications and R&D to define and deliver competitive solutions, with growth toward product manager or technical owner roles. This role offers cross-functional collaboration in an international team, with opportunities to contribute to technology leadership and energy transition
Competenze
- 2–5 years of experience in power electronics, converters, inverters, or system engineering.
- Familiarity with grid-connected applications (PV, BESS, hybrid plants) is advantageous.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear product requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional, international teams.
Mansioni
- Support application-driven product development for power converters in PV, BESS and hybrid systems.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and specs.
- Contribute to product roadmaps through market and architecture analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, manufacturing and supply chain.
- Review tests, changes and compliance for lifecycle improvements.
