A Pool Attendant role at Auberge Collection welcomes guests to the pool area with warmth and provides general Food & Beverage service around the pool and lounges. You will ensure amenities are available, maintain cleanliness, and uphold high service standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

The position requires at least one year in hospitality, a polished appearance, and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential; weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry required.
• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality property highly recommended.
• Superior professional appearance, polished manner, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all items.
• Build genuine connections with guests to ensure satisfaction, offering attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.
• Provide Food & Beverage service to guests in lounges and cabanas.
• Serve drinks and food promptly, ensuring cleanliness of Pool areas.
• Comply with Auberge Collection service standards, while suggesting unique menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage offerings, providing informed recommendations with confidence and grace.
• Accurately take and place guest orders, input them into the POS system, and manage billing with precision.
