Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection in Florence, Italy, is seeking a Pool Attendant to greet guests at the pool area and provide general Food & Beverage service around the pool and lounges. The role emphasizes delivering attentive, personalized service and maintaining pristine pool spaces.

This position is seasonal and full-time, offering a €24,500 gross yearly salary (14 months). Fluency in English is required, and luxury hospitality experience is preferred to uphold Auberge Collection

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality property highly recommended.
• Superior professional appearance, polished manner, and strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all items.
• Build genuine connections with guests to ensure satisfaction, offering attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.
• Provide Food & Beverage service to guests in lounges and cabanas.
• Serve drinks and food promptly, ensuring cleanliness of Pool areas.
• Comply with Auberge Collection service standards, while thoughtfully suggesting unique menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, providing informed recommendations with confidence and grace.
• Accurately take and place guest orders, promptly input them into the POS system, and manage billing with precision.
