Job summary

• Provide Food & Beverage service to guests in lounges and cabanas.
• Serve drinks and food promptly, ensuring cleanliness of Pool areas.
• Comply with Auberge Collection service standards, while suggesting unique menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage offerings, providing informed recommendations with confidence and grace.
• Accurately take and place guest orders, input them into the POS system, and manage billing with precision.

The Pool Attendant is a vital member of the service team, providing a warm welcome to all guests as they enter the pool area, and providing general Food & Beverage service to guests in and around the pool area. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for providing amenities to guests and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the Pool areas.
